Special needs for an Individual who is physically challanged 

Special needs that will not be met though public or private means

GRANT ELIGIBILITY
Grants are currently available for residents of the counties listed below in Georgia and Tennessee. 

Grants are open to residents of the following counties in Tennessee:  Hamilton, Rhea & Bradley
Grants applications are being accepted for the following counties in the state of Georgia: Bartow, Floyd, and Gordon.

AWARDS:
Grant awards are made in the form of equipment purchases and Payments for specific services that are provided directly to the applicant with the eligible special need.  Cash payments are not made directly to any applicant or their family.
